Achieving Energy Efficiency for All Renters
Energy efficiency improvements cut costs for residents and housing owners, preserve affordable housing, and produce healthier homes while reducing carbon emissions, fighting climate change, and creating a sustainable future for all.
Energy Efficiency for All (EEFA) connects climate, health, and equity by bringing energy efficiency to affordable housing. EEFA was launched in 2014 to ensure that all renters live in homes that are affordable and healthy. EEFA partners have secured nearly $500 million in new confirmed and expected funding for efficiency upgrades and 19 new or improved energy efficiency programs for affordable multifamily housing.
