Resources for Marylanders

EmPOWER Maryland programs are administered by six electric utilities in the state plus the Maryland Department of Housing & Community Development. 

Limited-Income Residents:

Limited-income Marylanders can visit the Maryland Department of Housing & Community Development’s Limited Income Energy Efficiency Program to learn more about available benefits or call toll-free at 1-855-583-8976.

Other Residents:

All others can visit the Maryland Energy Administration’s EmPOWER Maryland page for guidance on incentives available via six electric utilities in the state. 

Montgomery County Residents:

Residents in Montgomery County can visit the county’s Residential Electrification Pilot Program page for help with electrification questions and available rebates.
